Hypnotherapy Foundation Certification The hypnotherapy certification programme is a complete introduction and foundation to using hypnosis therapeutically with yourself and other people. Why attend the course? Would you like to become a certified hypnotherapist? Or tap into the deep potential and resources of your unconscious mind? Becoming a hypnotherapist is very rewarding, both in terms of the skills you learn to apply on yourself and also for working with other people. People who have been to a hypnotherapist know how fast and effective hypnotherapy can be. What will you learn? The foundation level training teaches you all of the basic skills that you will need as a hypnotherapist to work with a range of issues, You will learn several different styles of hypnosis which will allow you to work most effectively with different people. The main styles you will learn are based on Erikson, Estabrooks and Elman, which range from a very direct style of hypnosis, to very indirect and informal hypnosis. You will also learn how to apply hypnosis effectively with a range of issues and after successfully completing the training, you will feel confident in working with clients with issues such as weight loss, stopping smoking, building confidence and self-esteem and stopping smoking. The training takes place over 6 days, in 2 modules of 3 days and also involves some written work and assignments. The total length of the training involves about 180 hours and upon successful completion, you will receive certification as a hypnotherapist. To successfully complete the training, you must attend all of the course, complete the written work and assignments and demonstrate competence as a hypnotherapist in all the practical exercises.
